The hotel is comfortable, clean and well located (many interesting places can be reached walking). Staff is extremely helpful. I have been in many countries and can say Edem hotel could be an example for many other hotels. Definitively I can recommend this hotel as place where you can stay in Lwow.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the value for money was outstanding - I couldn't believe how affordable it was to stay here. Secondly, the attention to detail was impeccable. The staff, especially Zoriana, were so friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Finally, the location was perfect. Situated within walking distance of both the central railway station and the city center, it was easy to explore all that Lviv has to offer. Excellent interior and furniture. Comfortable parking. 1 km from the city center.
We had no service in our room for 3 days of our staying . No changing of towels, no cleaning garbage. Poor breakfasts.

It is very quiet and clean place between the city center and the train station. Rooms are big and comfortable, linen is very nice, receptionist and the guard are friendly and helpful.
There was no cleaning at all during two days stay, I guess I had to ask for it. They asked to pay upfront without me seeing the room but easily agreed to let me in the room and then pay.

The hotel's breakfast was quite filling with a variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, with an empty fridge to keep personal items. The location of the hotel made it easily accessible, especially for travelers arriving by train. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to assist with queries.

A comfortable, new, small hotel not far from the railway station and the centre of the town.
No warning that the main road given as the hotel address had been dug up, which made for a difficult late night arrival.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and the helpfulness of the staff at this hotel. the location was very convenient, walking distance to both the train station and the city center. the room was very clean and I appreciated the option to have an iron and ironing board brought to my room at any time. the breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
the in-house restaurant did not live up to expectations and the service was quite slow.

It is quite nice place to stay for a few days in Lvov, near center. Good looking rooms.
Very small portions for breakfast. Was left rubbish from previous traveler in my room. Because of city renovation unable to leave car on the hotel parking.

It's a really nice hotel, the best thing is its location (very close to the railway station and to the Old City at the same time) and its staff, who were always very friendly and eager to help. The room we got was a lot nicer than we had expected, very nice window view, spotless bathroom. The lunch they serve is indeed small, but not a disappointment if you expect it (thank you for previous reviews that informed me, by the way).
Horodotska street was under reconstruction, though it wasn't anything the hotel could help.
